DELIVERY & RETURNS
Costs:
At this time we are only shipping to the UK. Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Some of our vendors have set shipping rates, which are visible once products are added to the cart.
Shipping time frame:
We stock jewellery from multiple vendors, each with its own shipping times. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping details.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Import fees and taxes:
Please note that we do not take any responsibility for import duties, taxes, or any other additional charges that may be incurred upon the arrival of your shipment. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Please note that made-to-order pieces cannot be returned as they are custom-made to your specifications.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 14 days of the order date.
Please send an email to hello@jesocollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order. Any returns must be sent tracked and signed for.
